Looking for:
- Experienced Level 2 client facing Deskside support (5+ years )
- Service Now experienced
- Familiar with basic networking and Active Directory.
- Hardware maintenance experience
- SCCM experience pushing Software packages and or use for remote takeover.
- Printer support not necessarily administration. Cannon, Client others.
- PowerShell scripting. ( Creating not just using ) Preferred.
- Team Player working on a team of 7-8
- Great customer service skills
- Someone that show up on time for work and is accountable for all of their time and actions.
- Will be required to be interviewed if selected by the client
- 8-5 position no OT but eventually would share a on call rotation with the team. ( No dispatch, just phone support )
