Type: Long Term ContractJob Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in App Packaging for MAC, Desktop Management using SCCM, and Unified Device Management. This role involves managing and optimizing device management solutions to enhance productivity and security across the organization.Required Skills: Device Management Intune, Unified Device Management-Good, Desktop Management – SCCM, App Packaging – MAC, Mobile Device ManagementResponsibilities:
- Knowledge of Software Installation / Upgrade / Rollouts
- Own the engineering of images for Windows physical (desktop, laptop, tablet) computers
- Must have knowledge in Imaging and OSD.
- Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems
- Incident resolution via phone, service desk tools or direct desk side engagement with the customer.
- Overall understanding of desktop services and the supporting infrastructure
- Sound knowledge in PowerShell and SCCM. Should have very good knowledge in application packaging.
- Should have knowledge on SEP / Remote Tools
- Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on Operating Systems
- Candidates should have hands on experience or knowledge on Ticketing tools/Change Management
- Incident resolution via phone, service desk tools or direct desk side engagement with the customer.
- Overall understanding of desktop services and the supporting infrastructure
Qualifications:
- Possess strong experience in app packaging for MAC environments.
- Demonstrate expertise in desktop management using SCCM.
- Have a solid understanding of unified device management solutions.
- Show proficiency in mobile device management.
- Exhibit knowledge of device management using Intune.
- Have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Be detail-oriented and capable of conducting thorough audits and assessments.
- Show a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Have experience in creating and maintaining documentation.
- Be capable of training and supporting end-users effectively.
