Desired:
- 0-2 years desktop/end user support experience.
- Background with Windows 7/10/11.
Nice to have:
- Linux OS familiarity.
- Experience with support of large multifunction copiers.
- Experience in Remote support technologies like TeamViewer/LogMeIn rescue/remote desktop/VNC.
- Experience with imaging technologies.
- Cisco Call Manager.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Seeking a tier 1 helpdesk person for a dynamic work environment.
- The candidate will be supporting Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, hardware and software, and internal applications.
- The ideal candidate will be energetic about new technologies, adaptive to change, and driven to learn and grow with company.
