Base rate starts between $19.00-20.00 per hour!Automatic is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a full-time position to provide customer service to our many washer and dryer customers, primarily dealing with apartment communities and tenants.Please note, this position is on-site only. We are located right in the heart of Scott’s Addition!Pay:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide timely responses to telephone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Follow policies and standard operating procedures
- Handle various administrative tasks
- Utilize standard technology such as telephone, e-mail, and web browser to perform job duties
- Use Salesforce platform to handle service calls
- Handle paperwork and multiple software platforms as needed
- Report problems that occur via the online system so they can be addressed by the appropriate parties
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to speak and read English fluently
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
- Ability to work within established 8am-5pm Monday-Friday schedule
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- Ability to work as a member of a team
