Job description: We have a Customer Service Representative position open for the right person. We are a well-established, family-owned Automotive Repair Shop in west Nashville and we are now interviewing quality individuals to join our successful team. This position requires someone that understands the importance of strong relationships with their customers and co-workers. The CSR is the front-line for our customer experience and is part of the face of our company.Here are a few of the expectations & responsibilities for the position:
