You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products/services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong desire to help others.Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and policies.
  • Assist technicians with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide basic technical support to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as parts and office, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
