Job description: Customer Service RepresentativeJob Location: Napa, CaliforniaPay Rate: $22-$23/hourJob Type: Temp-to-hireSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pmDescription of Position:Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for a temp-to-hire opportunity? We are seeking a professional and polite individual to assist customers with their questions and concerns regarding placed orders or products, primarily via phone and email.

Manage your own customer portfolio and backup Account Managers (outside sales) to manage their accounts
Expand existing accounts by making new contacts or upselling products not currently used by the customer
Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
Investigate and resolve customer questions and complaints
Partner with supporting departments in all other production sites worldwide to ensure continuous customer satisfaction

High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of related client support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM tools like SAP preferred
Comfortable with a team-based work structure; ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility
