Job description: THIS WILL BE FOR A MIDNIGHT SHIFT ONLY CONSISTING OF 10P-8A SHIFTS – DAYS/HOURS TBD – We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. - Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Must be available 10P-8A
