Job description: FSTONE Technologies is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our remote office. We are dedicated to providing top-notch customer service to our clients and are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure our clients have a seamless experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns– Understand and effectively communicate technical information about our products and services to customers– Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution– Assist with order processing and shipping inquiries– Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions– Stay updated on all company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers– Continuously identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience– Provide feedback and suggestions to other departments based on customer interactions– Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and customer satisfaction goalsRequirements:– High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred– 1-2 years of customer service experience,– Excellent verbal and written communication skills– Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities– Ability to work independently and in a team environment– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask– Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings based on business needsWhat We Offer :– Competitive salary ( $24 – $27 per hour ) and benefits package– Opportunities for career growth and development– Collaborative and supportive work environment– Team events and outings to promote employee engagementAbout FSTONE Technologies : Founded in 2001, FSTONE Technologies offers IT services worldwide.
