Job description: Overview:Customer Service Representative – HybridApex Service Partners is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our centralized call center team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering inbound calls, booking service appointments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects our commitment to quality and service.This position supports multiple Apex brands and plays a key role in providing outstanding support to our homeowners.Schedule & Pay:Shifts between 7:00am- 8:00pm (Monday–Friday) and rotating weekendsHybrid positionOccasional Saturday availability may be requestedPay Range: $18.00–$20.00/hour based on experienceInitial training is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for approximately six weeks (flexibility discussed during interview)Key Responsibilities:Answer inbound customer calls and schedule service appointmentsMake outbound calls to confirm service or follow up on customer satisfactionCommunicate professionally via phone and emailAccurately document all interactions in our internal systemsWork collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentWhat You Bring:Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferredExperience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a plus but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesComfortable working with technology and scheduling systemsPositive attitude, team-focused, and adaptableWhy Join Apex:Weekly payOpportunities for growth and advancement across our partner brandsEmployee discountsSupportive team culture and training providedAdditional Info:
