We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Representative to join our Team.Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative for Dependable Service Plumbing and Air, you will be the front line of support for clients and all company staff, ensuring satisfaction with products, services and features. This support team member will provide meaningful interactions with all those placed on their path with the goal to be inviting and to build long-term relationships.Essential Functions:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments and answering service-related questions
  • Update customer profiles and ensure accurate information is maintained
  • Provide follow-up communication on pending service requests
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Assist Service Dispatcher and Install Coordinator, as needed
  • Educate customers about our products and services
  • Partake in outbound calling initiatives
  • Maintain and promote a positive image of the Company
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Aggressive self-starter
  • Able to multi-task and answer a multi-line phone system
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Empathy, Dependability, and Adaptability
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
