Job description: Town & Country Supply Association has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Laurel, MT office. This Full-Time position works directly with our Propane Coordinator assisting with phone calls, customer inquiries, receiving payments and dispatching service calls.Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal & written Communication Skills.
- Ability to manage one’s own time.
- Typing and basic computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Ability to solve basic math calculations.
Position requires excellent attendance and ability to get along with a variety of customers and co-workers. The position requires a high school education with at least 1-year relevant experience.
