Job description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, or chat. You will act as a liaison between the company and our customers, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.What we offer Customer Service Representatives:

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative includes:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, etc.
  • Experience with JD Edwards AS 400 is preferred
  • Previous manufacturing background is a plus
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Multitasking and organization skills
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails daily
  • Attentiveness and patience

#Lancaster10Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Experience in the door hardware industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience required
  • REASONING ABILITY
  • Ability to think logically, strategically, and thoroughly
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in analytical reasoning

Expected salary: $19 per hour
