Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to customers regarding insurance policies, claims, and inquiries
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests, including policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates
- Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to address customer needs and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations to effectively communicate information to customers
- Document and track customer interactions and inquiries in the company’s CRM system for future reference and analysis
