Campaign Management: Plan, supervise and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive social media and user growth.
Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content that effectively resonates with target audience and builds brand impression.
Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of hard working and continuous improvement.Requirements:Experience: have previous experience in crypto marketing and successfully helped projects to achieve business goals.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. (Education is not a hard requirement)Skills:Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and Ton Ecosystem.
Proficiency in crypto marketing platforms including Telegram, Twitter, and Discord, etc.
