Job description: DescriptionCold Call Sales Specialist – Online Travel Industry Location: Remote (Must reside in Nevada, per company policy)Compensation: $20/hr base pay + commissionWe are looking for a highly motivated Sales Specialist to help refine and execute our evolving sales strategy. In this role, you will make high-volume outbound calls, refine sales approaches, and contribute creative ideas to drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in a rapidly expanding sales team within the online travel industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to potential clients
- Test and refine sales pitches, strategies, and approaches to improve effectiveness
- Provide feedback on sales strategies and contribute ideas to enhance performance
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or comparable CRM)
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience handling high-volume outbound calls in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
