Responsibilities
The department of Clinical Genomics at Mayo Clinic is seeking a full time Clinical Geneticist to join our practice in Phoenix, AZ. You will further develop the genomic medicine program in Arizona through a balanced academic and clinical career with potential for future leadership roles. This position will partner in collaboration with gastroenterologists, neurologists, endocrinologists, surgeons and multiple other disciplines present within all sites of Mayo Clinic.
Our integrated medical practice provides diagnosis, medical treatment, surgery and care in more than 40 specialty areas with distinguished programs in cancer, transplantation, neurosciences, heart disease and digestive diseases. Mayo Clinic’s values of teamwork and collaboration are essential to providing integrated medical and surgical care to patients with complex conditions. The faculty member will have an academic appointment in The Mayo Clinic College of Medicine commensurate with prior background.

Mayo Clinic’s campuses in Arizona are located in Phoenix and Scottsdale, in the beautiful Sonoran Desert. Qualifications
- Candidates must be board certified or have active candidate status with the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG).
- Must be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Arizona.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or another discipline focused on adult medical care is preferred.
- MD or DO degree required.
