Job description: About the RoleWe’re seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead us into the next stage of growth for our online membership and educational platform.As CGO, you’ll be responsible for coming up with new ideas and innovative approaches to attract and retain members. You’ll design creative marketing campaigns that set us apart online and implement effective strategies to expand our reach. You’ll be a key member of our leadership team, collaborating closely with our CEO and our talented virtual team to continuously pursue ambitious growth targets, such as growing the membership by 20% in your first year.This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the field of medical speech-language pathology. We’re proud of the supportive and collaborative culture we’ve built, and we’re excited to welcome a Chief Growth Officer who shares our passion and drive.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Membership Growth: Develop and implement innovative strategies to achieve ambitious membership growth targets, such as growing the membership by 20% in your first year.Lead Marketing and Sales Initiatives: Spearhead creative marketing campaigns, optimize sales funnels, and identify new opportunities to attract and convert medical SLPs into engaged members.
