Are you a CAD Manager or similar from a Revit background, looking for a role where you’ll be responsible for managing a team of 25 technicians, enabling their success and earning you the credit and recognition you deserve through ongoing progression?
Do you want to become the Managing Directors right hand man, be left to work autonomously in a leadership role that is integral to this successful business?
In this role you will be responsible for managing 25 people within a MEP / BIM company, ensuring the quality of drawings and maintaining good relationships and communication with clients. You will have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week with the opportunity to do drawings during quieter times.
On offer is the chance to join an MEP drafting company who support nationwide projects for blue-chip clients in the automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, retail and commercial sectors. This would suit a CAD Manager or similar with a Revit background, looking to progress their career in a successful company who will recognise you as the right hand man to the Managing Director.
The Role:
- CAD Manager overseeing a team of 25, checking quality and managing the progress of MEP projects
- Liaising with clients and working to their briefs
- Hybrid x3 days from home, x2 from the office
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (40 hours)
