Job description: Full job descriptionDescription: FULLY REMOTE BCBA Board Certified Behavior AnalystMust live in Georgia or with 50 miles of Georgia.Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.Sign-on BonusResponsibilities: (include but are not limited to)Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plansDesign ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basisDesign behavior intervention plansProvide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionalsMeet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changesCollaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plansClinically review reports and session notes on a regular basisAnalyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changesWrite reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervisedWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
