You should be proficient in troubleshooting common computer issues and comfortable using specific software tools, as Mac and Chromebooks are not compatible with our platform. Clear and concise verbal communication skills are crucial, alongside the ability to build rapport with callers from diverse backgrounds.A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement, with additional education preferred. You must be available to work between 8 am and 8 pm EST, with weekend availability being a plus. Fluency in both English and Spanish is vital for assisting our customer base effectively. A successful candidate will thrive in our dynamic, customer-focused environment while embodying our core values of empathy and problem-solving.Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
