Job description: Our client, a leader in the customer service industry, is seeking a Bilingual Chinese Online Customer Service Specialist to join their team. As a Bilingual Chinese Online CSR, you will be part of the customer support department, providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, patience, and a service-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Bilingual Chinese Online Customer Service SpecialistLocation: Remote (Must reside in Dallas, TX)Pay Range: $23 – $27 per hourWhat’s the Job?
- Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales services to customers through online chat, email, and phone.
- Answer customers’ questions about products, orders, logistics, etc.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, and promptly follow up on solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure efficient handling of customer issues.
- Organize and update FAQs, commonly used templates, and internal process documents based on customer issues.
What’s Needed?
- Fluent Chinese and English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Clear written English expression, able to handle English emails and communication independently.
- Patient, with good service awareness and communication skills.
- Online customer service experience or relevant Client Server experience is preferred.
- Proficient in using common work software and online customer service systems.
