Job description: A medical based company is looking to fill a 3 month contract Patient Care Coordinator position in Orlando, FL, 32819.Pay rate: $19/hr (Paid weekly)Hours: 8AM-5PM MON-FRI, no weekends neededAllmed Benefits: Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance and 401(k)Contract: 06/02/2025 to 09/30/2025Job description w/ details:Building new referrals from network providersReviewing to ensure all necessary documents and information has been providedSending back documents for additional information, Accepting referrals and determining if meets outsource or overflow criteriaWhile most of the work is computer-based, there is a lot of paperwork handling, faxing, and scanning in addition to multiple telephone callsThis is primarily a sedentary desk job which will consist of 90% of the time spent working on a computer and handling the telephoneOversees patients face-to-face dailyPerform all other duties assignedRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED (or higher)2+ years of experience working in a health related field2+ years of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and/or Practice Management Software systemsPerfered Qualifications:Spanish speaking + not requiredDemonstrated ability to work well with health care providersStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet all deadlinesAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret information from others
Expected salary: $19 per hour
