We invite you to apply and join a team of highly skilled, and highly passionate people.As the ​Assembly Process Coordinator​, you will ensure the seamless coordination and execution of assembly processes in alignment with the Division’s goals and objectives. The Assembly Process Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining processes that uphold the Division’s standards for consistency, efficiency, and harmony.What Will You Do?In order to grow and build a successful career with Ditch Witch, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist in implementing standardized processes to enhance efficiency and consistency in assembly operations.
  • Monitor processes and procedures, report any issues or areas for improvement to Assembly Manager, and assist in implementing solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support cohesive and streamlined operations.
  • Provide training and support to Division members to ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Division policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing reports on process performance, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for further enhancement.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share ideas and solutions to improve processes.
  • Enter and maintain data related to assembly production, scheduling, division metrics, etc.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are strictly followed throughout the assembly operations.
  • Deal with process related conflicts and issues in a direct and effective manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What Do You Need?To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED required. 2-year post high school program from a technical school or Associate’s degree in relevant field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in process coordination or similar role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in line balancing and time studies.
  • Advanced PC skills, particularly with Excel and MS Word.
  • Ability to analyze data and assist in generating simple reports.
  • Strong understanding of assembly processes, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Experience in developing and implementing standardized processes to maintain consistency across operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Assist in organizing resources, information, and data into usable formats as directed by the Assembly Manager.
  • Detail orientated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are strictly followed throughout assembly operations.
  • Capability to manage process-related conflicts and issues effectively.
  • Support in conducting regular audits and assessments under supervisors to ensure compliances with division policies and procedures.
