For more information regarding DEI at Beyondsoft, please go to .POSITION SUMMARY:Our client is looking for an Applications Developer for a Remote role.As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the frontend efforts of the team. Likewise, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces. Responsibilities:

• Write reusable, testable, and self documenting code.
• Become a UI/UX subject matter expert (SME) that the team can rely on.
• Implement UI components based off of specification documents and wireframes. Constantly question and provide ideas on how to deliver a state of the art user experience.
• Partner with backend engineers to ship quality features end to end, make architectural decisions, and take part in system design.
• Participate in code review and provide constructive to feedback to both junior and senior engineers.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience.
• Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 3+ years of experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).
• Must have 5+ years of experience in React.JS.
• Must have 5+ years of experience with Typescript.
• Nice to have experience with Redux.
• Must have an understanding React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle.
• Should have fundamental knowledge of REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and ES6.
• Should have experience working with UI frameworks. Preferably Fluent UI but Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar will suffice.
• Should have knowledge of Git and CI/CD technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Nice to have experience with popular libraries like React Router and Redux-Saga,
• Proficient with at least one cloud provider. Preferably Azure but AWS or GCP will suffice.
• Backend development experience.
• Experience leveraging Jest to build unit tests.

• A competitive pay range of $57/hr- $59/hr (depending on experience).
• 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
