- Assist in the recruitment and training of caregivers

- Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and colleagues while working remotely from home.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in care coordination or scheduling is preferred

Job SummaryWe are looking for an administrator to join our growing team! The right candidate will be organized, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have a background in the financial management of a healthcare facility. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing daily operations of the company and developing and implementing policies and procedures.ResponsibilitiesAssure that required office and administrative functions are met on an ongoing basisPlan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the agency including professional and non-professional servicesEnsure the hiring process is structured to assure appropriately trained staffDevelop and implement policies, procedures, services, and quality assuranceReview and approve all policies and procedures related to safe and adequate patient care and operation of the Home Care agency at least every two yearsLead and manage budget and accounting systemsDevelop and maintain records and reporting systems which provide for proper service control and measurement of program outcomesEncourage and promote positive and professional communication between staff and agency administrationEnsure the accuracy of public information materials and activitiesAssistant coordinate agency programs with other community agencies and strategic partnershipsEnsure the client complaint process is followed and intervene/escalate where appropriateProvide on-call services after hours and weekends as needed or directedAssure the availability of Administrative staff at all hours of agency operationsQualifications3+ years management/admin experience2+ years experience running an agency1 year experience working with adults and or seniorsDeep understanding of financial management of a healthcare facilityEffective leader with good employee relations and customer service skillsKnowledge of regulatory standards and compliance regulations with eagerness to improveGood interpersonal and analytical skillsAbout UsWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
