Job description: uPage is a free-to-use website creation platform targeting people in developing economies such as USA, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and other similar emerging markets. uPage is currently seeking a person to serve as an Administrative Assistant.The primary responsibility for this position is to ensure the smooth operation of the office by providing administrative support and facilitating communication between departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all records are up to date
- Provide clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and preparing documents for meetings
- Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns and providing information as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record management
- Serve as a medical receptionist when necessary, greeting patients and managing their information
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while answering calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication across departments
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of Administrative/Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, preferably in home services or medical field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- 1-3 years’ recent experience in QuickBooks
- Competent typing skills: 60-80 words per minute is ideal
- Bi-Lingual Speaking (English/Spanish) is preferred
- HS degree/GED required; College degree a plus
