We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Analyst for a 6 month contract. This role pays 23 per hour Inside IR35 and will require hybrid work in Edinburgh where the training will take place followed by a 2 days on site and 3 days work from home arrangement.

What the role requires
- Reviewing and approving all 3rd Party supplier invoices and non-purchase order payments
- Reviewing and approving colleague travel & business expense reports
- Initiate and manage all payment processes for supplier, vendor and partner payments
- Initiate and manage travel and expense reimbursements or corporate cards
- Ensure policies and procedures are clearly followed and communicated
- Help to Train other colleagues to ensure that policies and procedures are followed
- Complete ad-hoc requests in a timely manner
- Contribute to development of new policies and procedures and revise as appropriate
- Work Closely with internal and external customers incl. vendors, business partners etc
- Ensure that deadlines are met throughout the month
- Identify best practices for accounts payable processing

- Locality to Edinburgh and happy to work the above hybrid work arrangement
