We are seeking a dynamic remote sales professional with experience selling B2B within the business services industry. Join myHR Partner as we add to our sales team to support plans for significant growth in 2025.What You’ll DoAs a Sales Executive, you’ll focus on:Identifying and engaging potential clients through cold calls, networking, and eventsResponding to incoming leads, conducting needs analyses, preparing customized proposals, and presenting solutions to clientsFostering trust and likability with prospects to successfully onboard them to myHR Partner’s servicesMeeting sales goals while maintaining a steady pipeline of leadsDeveloping and delivering customized HR solutions and pricing proposalsRepresenting myHR Partner at trade fairs/networking events (approx. 10% travel)Collaborating closely with the marketing and client services teams to ensure client satisfaction and service alignmentWhat We’re Looking ForAt least 3 years of B2B sales experience in a service industry, preferably in payroll or outsourced HR servicesHigh energy, motivation, and a friendly, trustworthy demeanorProven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationshipsExperience using CRM software is strongly preferredBusiness acumen or knowledge of operations is preferredA bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) * Align with our Core Values: Embrace learning & growth; Deliver a five-star experience; Do what you say and own what you do; Foster empathy & respect; Think beyond the task

  • Location: Work from home/remote role with 10% travel. However, you need to be within the Eastern or Central time zones. Sorry, West Coast- it’s not you, it’s us
