Job description: PART TIME – Desktop Support Technician (ON-SITE)
Schedule M-F (4hrs a day/5 days a week – flexible in terms of working hours – 8-12 or 1-5).Long term roleSeeking a qualified Level 1 Support Technician to join a team onsite and provide end-user support.Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:· Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required· Stage and build systems· Complete special projects as requested· Follow Asset Management policy and procedureRequired Skills and Qualifications:· Good communication skills· Good analytic / troubleshooting skills· Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems· Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications· iOS and Android working knowledge· Good customer support skills· Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing· Walk-up and remote support service experience
Expected salary: $20 – 22 per hour
