Responsibilities
Seeking therapists to join our team oriented, fast-paced, collaborative Hand Clinic working in close partnership with referring providers who deeply value your input. Our teams practice in a complex clinical setting spanning assignments on an outpatient list, a walk-in orthosis room, & acute hand therapy in the hospital. We serve patients with a wide array of hand therapy needs including exercise interventions, soft tissue mobility, dry needling, custom orthosis fabrication, or joint mobilization to name a few. Our practice is every changing, pushing the boundaries of innovation, & allows you to practice to the top of your license. We’re looking for staff who want to grow as professionals & continue to push hand therapy forward.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as a Physical Therapist. Demonstrated skills in the areas of organization, communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, decision making and problem solving.
Prefer board certification in clinical specialty area and/or advanced degree in health care field.
Also prefer active participation within professional organization. Current physical therapy licensure in the state of Minnesota.
