Organizational Effectiveness Consultant (Remote)

Operationalize key workforce processes, working with the Head of OE and the HRBP team (e.g., reorganizations, promotions, job changes, terminations)
Create and implement standard reporting and analytics framework for key stakeholders – staying abreast of external and internal insights to continuously improve
Act as the HRBPs’ point of contact for new reporting requests and for reorganizations; translate their request into business requirements and either run the necessary reporting and/or work with HR Technology to deliver it
Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the efficacy of organizational effectiveness programs and initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Persuasively communicate findings, recommendations and progress updates to stakeholders
Provide support to HR Business Partners, People Advisors and the broader HR Team and Business Leaders as required on organization effectiveness best practices and strategies
Collaborate with the broader Account Management teams and broader cross-functional teams to implement organization effectiveness solutions.
Build and maintain strong trusting relationships with key stakeholders to gain buy-in, support and alignment for organization effectiveness initiativesWhat You’ll Need
Experience of implementing organizational effectiveness initiatives
Analytical prowess, the ability to assess complex organizational structures and processes
Strategic thinking, the ability to craft solutions that are aligned with long-term organizational goals
