Duration: 1 years (Immediate Start)
Type: 1099 ContractorCompensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $45-$53/hr (No Per Diem)
  • Completion Bonus: $150/month
  • Pay: Weekly

Schedule:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hrs/week) – Some overtime as needed on weekends.

Project Scope:
The project is a two-floor 405,000 sf cold outer shell for a data center on a 12-acre brownfield site. Tilt-up construction. The site work includes wet and dry utilities including concrete-encased electrical duct banks.Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in construction safety management, with specific experience construction of data centers from the ground up.
  • Certifications:
  • BCSP Cert and/or
  • OSHA 500 with 10 years exp and/or
  • 12+ years experience in safety

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations.
  • Provide safety training as needed.
  • Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety practices.
  • Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence.
  • Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required within the manager’s skills and certifications

Skills:

  • Excellent public speaking and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • OSHA outreach training experience is a plus.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction, with the ability to communicate these effectively.Work Environment:
Primarily in warehouse, clinical, manufacturing, and construction settings. May require after-hours work or occasional weekends in response to emergencies.Equal Opportunity:
