We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**About The RoleWe are seeking a payroll specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will oversee payroll data preparation, daily payroll management, review and approval of payroll, monthly closing analysis, and ERP-based payments and accounting recording. The payroll specialist will provide support to our sites in the US, Canada, and Australia.Responsibilities

• Support international payroll cycle and outsourcing in US, CA and Australia.
• Work closely with HR in managing the operation processes for employees, including Time Off, on boarding of new hires and terminations.
• Controlling and ensuring the accuracy of the monthly payroll of approximately 200 employees in foreign countries through local payroll agencies in USA, Canada and Australia and ensuring all payroll processes are completed on time.
• Ensuring income tax, social security, pension funds and labor law compliance.
• Payment of payroll via the banks.
• Accounting recording and monthly closing analysis.

Base salaries for this role range from $65,000 – $85,000 per year.As an HR company, HiBob seeks to create a best-in-class employee experience for all Bobbers. • At least 3 years of hands-on experience running payroll.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• General Accounting experience.
• Ability to work independently within the team.
• Responsible, willing to work as part of a team and to provide services to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements.
