Base rate starts between $19.00-20.00 per hour!Automatic is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a 3-6 month contract position to provide customer service to our many washer and dryer customers, primarily dealing with apartment communities and tenants. This position may become permanent depending on business needs.Please note, this position is on-site only. We are located right in the heart of Scott’s Addition!Pay:
- Base rate $19.00-20.00 per hour
- Monday-Friday Schedule
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide timely responses to telephone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Follow policies and standard operating procedures
- Handle various administrative tasks
- Utilize standard technology such as telephone, e-mail, and web browser to perform job duties
- Use Salesforce platform to handle service calls
- Handle paperwork and multiple software platforms as needed
- Report problems that occur via the online system so they can be addressed by the appropriate parties
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to speak and read English fluently
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
- Ability to work within established 8am-5pm Monday-Friday schedule
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- Ability to work as a member of a team

Expected salary: $19 – 20 per hour
