Urgently needed for
HR Business Partner
Company: KUSTOM HR LLC
- Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned clients, building trusted relationships with
leadership.
- Advise executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, engagement, and culture-building
initiatives.
- Support clients with talent acquisition, onboarding, and professional development
programs.
- Recommend competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with federal, New Jersey, and New York employment laws, as well as
local regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and performance frameworks.
- Design scalable processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR leadership or consulting experience (fractional/multi-client strongly
preferred).
- Deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, particularly in NJ and NY.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with a PEO or outsourced HR provider is a plus.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and skilled at managing multiple client priorities.
