SMB Sales Representative | remotejobs


We’re looking for an SMB Sales Rep who is a dynamic, results oriented individual and will be focused on driving the growth of Purple’s SMB customer base. This individual will expertly manage sales leads through the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to securing new sign-ups, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience for every new SMB customer.

Purpose

The core purpose of this role is to rapidly expand Purple’s SMB customer base by converting businesses into active Purple accounts. This involves dealing with inbound inquiries, proactively reaching out to prospects to drive lead generation, and guiding prospects through a comprehensive onboarding journey that ensures successful platform adoption whilst ensuring a great experience. 

This role is pivotal in maximizing new customer acquisition and laying the foundation for long-term customer success.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently qualify, manage & nurture leads, guiding them through the sales cycle
  • Conduct compelling presentations & demonstrations of Purple and our offering
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for Purple prospects who begin their journey online, providing comprehensive guidance and support to ensure successful platform setup and initial utilization.
  • Negotiate & finalize sign-up agreements with new businesses, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Run sequences for opportunities through our traditional channels to drive further opportunities. 
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, sales activities, onboarding progress, and customer communications within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular, accurate reports on lead conversion rates, onboarding completion, upsell/renewal performance, and key customer insights.
