- Lead a small team.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing conflict resolution when necessary.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular HR training and workshops.
- Maintain employee files and HR filing system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in performance management processes.

- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Prior people management experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of HR legal requirements and compliance regulations.
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work 4 days onsite in midtown Manhattan.
