Job description: Adecco is currently partnering with a leading provider of automated industrial solutions located in Lake Orion, MI, to fill an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant. This company specializes in advanced automation systems that support a variety of manufacturing industries and is experiencing strong, ongoing growth. They are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional who is ready to contribute to a fast-paced, high-tech team environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAPAssist with month-end and year-end closing processesReconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accountsPrepare journal entries and support financial reporting functionsAssist with accounts payable and receivable activitiesSupport job costing and inventory accountingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and report financial dataParticipate in audit preparation and internal control complianceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of accounting experience; manufacturing or industrial background preferredStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingProficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting software a plusExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesCPA or CPA-track candidates are a plus, but not requiredClick on apply now for immediate consideration for these Administrative Assistant jobs in City, State!Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
