- Quotes price and delivery on list and discount items
- Essential role in made to order (MTO) quotations to provide accurate and timely replies to customers
- Provides technical information to customers through product knowledge or in concert with designated design/application engineer(s)
- Process orders through production to ensure timely completion
- Alerts customers of order delays when required
- Determines actions to solve customer issues including RGA’s, breakdowns, expedites, etc
- Understands requirements and follows ISO procedure
- Contributes to the continuous improvement process
- Supports and follows all safety policies and procedures
- Builds working relationships with internal and external customers
- Understands, responds and supports fostering good customer/supplier relations
- Exhibits a sense of urgency to get the job completed
- Supports complex customers’ needs/requests
- Exhibits required in-depth job knowledge and skills
- Able to solve problems and determine a course of action
- Troubleshoots and anticipates problems
- Has the ability to influence others in the work group
- Exhibits self-discipline with ability to manage the job
- Can prioritize work and coordinate with others

Requirements:
- Minimum requirement – High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3-years customer service/sales related experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good mathematical skills; able to reason and calculate equations
- Ability to input to and retrieve from computer based software programs
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Ability to spell, type, and read at an average speed
- Must be accurate and exhibit diplomacy and tact in dealing with others
