Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.Work Type: Part TimePay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour depending on experienceAt Bovio Rubino Service, you will find:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Professionally answer incoming customer calls, texts and e-mails, answering any questions they may have and providing support as needed.
- Effectively communicate with department managers, employees, and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and making sure that customers are apprised of any potential schedule changes and parts order timeframe when applicable.
- Accurately maintain customer account information and customer maintenance agreement database
- Promptly create dispatch tickets and schedule calls as needed
- Consistently mail client invoices
You could be a great fit as a Customer Service Representative with Bovio Rubino Service if you have:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- High school diploma
- Attention to detail and are highly organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Service Titan experience is a plus
