Job Description:
- Onsite technical support for hardware, software, and user environment issues.
- Provide advanced technical support for client-issued laptops (including peripherals like printer, scanner), including hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as resolution of escalated service requests and incidents.
- Coordinate and execute onboarding setup, including hardware configuration and first-day login readiness, covering user provisioning and system access.
- Manage mobile device enrollment, configuration, and compliance through approved Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Oversee the packaging, shipping, and tracking of IT assets to remote or new employees in coordination with logistics partners.
- Network connectivity troubleshooting at the endpoint
- Travel to remote offices as needed on Customer Leadership Teams demand
- Provide white glove support.
- Document resolutions and contribute to the knowledge base for continuous service improvement.
