Job description: This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate is competitive self-starts that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within the organization. The candidate must be confident making warm calls each day, working with people, generating interest, qualifying prospect, and closing sales.Responsibilities:
- Communicate consistently with hundreds of union members to schedule virtual appointments
- Prepare for virtual meetings with clients through Zoom by completing company background research and other pertinent union information
- Identify client’s needs and provide reports to management
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to work independently and with a team remotely
- Attention to detail and accuracy
