Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while performing a variety of administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow into an Office Manager role over time. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about customer service, enjoys problem-solving, and is interested in developing leadership skills. As you gain experience and demonstrate leadership potential, you will have the opportunity to advance to an office management position, overseeing daily office operations, managing teams, and playing a key role in our company’s success.Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, or in person.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a detailed and accurate manner.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with daily office operations, including managing schedules, filing, and handling phone calls.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate data entry in the system.
  • Support team members with clerical tasks, documentation, and other office duties as needed.
  • Prepare and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Growth to Office Management:
  • Collaborate with the management team to learn and support office management functions, including budgeting, scheduling, and staff management.
  • Over time, take on increased responsibilities in overseeing the office’s operations and supporting business goals.
  • Work towards developing leadership and decision-making skills in preparation for an office management role.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business administration, management, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support roles.
  • Experience in office management or leadership roles is a plus but not required.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Additional Attributes:
  • Motivated and self-driven with a strong desire to advance into a management position.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new challenges.

Expected salary: $16 – 18 per hour
