- Provide daily user support to both office and remote staff, including hardware, software, telephony devices and custom in-house applications.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktop environments, including authentication, network connection, group policy, printing, latency/slowness, and Event Logs.
- Perform system updates and patches to remediate endpoint vulnerabilities.
- Work with IT teams (Service Desk, Network Operation, Server Operation, etc.) staff as appropriate to determine resolution to problems.
- Support Cisco video conference room system.
- Support and administer mobile devices (iOS and Android).
- Maintain asset inventory.
- Document technical procedures and best practice for knowledgebase.
- Resolving, escalating, updating, and managing tickets through ticketing system.
Qualifications
- 1 – 3 years of experience in providing Desktop Support.
- Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting skills in the Windows desktop environment.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Intune preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills across all levels of an organization.
- Available to work off hours when required.
- Associate degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a business environment.
- A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Apple iOS and MacOS also a plus.
