GBaMS ReqID: 10053446The individual will support, install, and fix PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other computer assets in an organization.Updating ticket on IT service management tool with proper work notes.5 days onsite work from office.ITAM experience is MUST+9 YearsThe IT Asset Management (ITAM) Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organizations IT assets, including hardware and software. This role ensures that IT assets are efficiently utilized, properly maintained, and compliant with company policies and vendor contracts.Asset Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal.Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and company policies.Cost Optimization: Develop strategies to optimize IT spending and reduce costs through asset standardization and efficient use.Database Management: Maintain databases and records of licenses, warranties, and service agreements.Reporting and Monitoring: Generate reports on asset usage, performance, and compliance.Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement process by providing asset information and recommendations.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure effective IT asset management.Deskside Management, Touch Support, Local IT, Imaging, O365 Support, Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.? Imaging laptops ? Provided all desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software support and administrative functions to support desktop user issues.? Remote support & troubleshooting of end user issues? Windows OS, MacBook support“L2 SME, Desktop administrator with realtime hands on experience in supporting end users,VIPs on Windows7/10,
AD, Application, Printers, Imaging, Patching end points, MaC books, outlook, office365 etc.”
