- Coordinate and manage the shipping and logistics of computer refreshes for remote users, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
- Oversee task management for remote user computer refreshes, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and according to schedule.
- Provide onsite support for local user refreshes, assisting with setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Communicate effectively with remote and onsite users to ensure they are prepared for and informed about refresh timelines and requirements.
- Track and document progress for each refresh, maintaining accurate records of shipping, installation, and any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- Must have recent experience with PC refresh, swapping out old systems for new ones.
- Must have experience working well under deadlines (attention to detail, time management).
- Strong sense of customer service with both internal and external contacts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background check required.
- Drug screening required
Expected salary: $25 per hour
