You will prioritize end-user support and possess a mindset geared towards improving the overall end-user experience whenever feasible.Your responsibilities will be to:
- Provide both on-site desktop support and remote assistance in addressing hardware and software challenges.
- Engage in project initiatives aimed at implementing new end-user technologies and enhancing infrastructure.
- Promote the utilization of unified endpoint management tools for desktop and mobile devices to facilitate a next-generation end-user experience.
- Expand the application of our service management platform to establish a known error database.
Your background will include:
- Over 5 years of practical experience in supporting Windows and macOS systems.
- More than 2 years of hands-on experience with iOS and Android devices.
- At least 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Intune.
- A minimum of 2 years in M365 administration.
- Over 3 years of experience with SharePoint.
- At least 2 years of experience in supporting Video Conferencing solutions.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members, including C-Suite executives.
- Experience collaborating with IT vendors for international support.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably the Atlassian suite, especially Confluence and Jira.
- Experience with remote assistance tools like Beyond Trust (formerly Bomgar).
- Proficient in supporting and using collaboration platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
- Knowledge of application packaging and deployment management for MS Windows and mobile devices.
- PowerShell experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven history of successfully delivering multiple complex technical projects on schedule and within budget.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
