The Metropolis College is seeking to fill the place of HR Affiliate at their campus in Sahiwal.
Tasks:
- To handle and carried out all HR obligations for assigned HR cluster
- To coach respective clusters accountants in i-recruitment techniques, Onboarding system, ERP, payroll, worker separation, SFS processing and resolve all associated queries.
- To help and assist Head of College in recruitment, (by i-recruitment system) induction and within the choice of staff
- To scout for expertise and help in capability constructing of faculties within the cluster
- To examine recruitment high quality by auditing chosen profiles and candidates
- HR personnel information Audit and to keep up the standard of personnel information
- To make sure and Keep worker confidentiality
- Onboarding grid implementation throughout the cluster
- To implement the compliance of the service guidelines of the Firm and all associated HR insurance policies
- To handle all administration elements of staff that’s i.e. leaves, exit – – To hold out FTE train for revered cluster
- To make sure compliance to the KPIs and help CR HR in completion of the efficiency cycle
- To audit the payroll and approve for launch on month-to-month foundation.
- To make sure the SFS processing easily, auditing, eliminating the queries, and guaranteeing the completion of exit paperwork
- ERP points & guaranteeing all wage activation sheets are executed
