Job Description:
- Present counseling and help on insurance policies and procedures and their implementation
- To take care of worker data and paperwork.
- Be actively concerned in recruitment by getting ready job description, posting adverts, and managing the hiring course of.
- Create and implement efficient onboarding plans.
- To take care of worker data (attendance, private data and many others.) in line with coverage.
- Making ready payrolls.
- Evaluation employment and dealing situations to make sure authorized compliance.
Necessities and abilities:
- A minimum of 1 yr expertise as HR officer and administration.
- Proficient in MS Workplace; information of ERP is a plus.
- Glorious communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Robust ethics and reliability.
- Information of HR features (pay & advantages, recruitment, coaching & growth and many others.)
- Understanding of labor legal guidelines and disciplinary procedures
- BSc/BA in enterprise administration, social research or related subject.
